Program Purpose
The Torobari affiliate program is for compliant referrals and partner introductions. Acceptance is manual. Submission does not guarantee approval, access, or commercial terms.
Allowed Promotion Practices
Approved affiliates may promote Torobari only through channels they lawfully control and in ways that preserve brand accuracy.
- Use permission-based outreach and opt-in channels where required
- Describe Torobari accurately and avoid invented capabilities or guarantees
- Disclose any material relationship where disclosure is required
- Respect audience expectations, platform rules, and local marketing laws
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the program to:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk outreach
- Make misleading or unapproved claims about Torobari
- Impersonate Torobari, its staff, or approved partners
- Harass, pressure, or abuse prospective customers
- Violate any platform policy, anti-spam rule, or marketing regulation
Compliance Expectations
Affiliates are responsible for complying with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and any other applicable marketing, privacy, consumer-protection, or anti-harassment law in the jurisdictions where they operate and where they contact potential buyers.
Enforcement and Removal
Torobari may pause, reject, or remove any affiliate application or approved partner at its discretion if conduct is unsafe, misleading, or non-compliant. Repeated or material violations may result in permanent removal from the program.
